Localist is an event technology company. Localist's software helps organizations easily publish, manage and promote their events with a beautifully designed Event CMS. Built-in tools such as widgets, Bulletin, and Register help you to connect your audience with your events.

How much does the Localist Event CMS cost?

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

Yes. Localist contracts are billed annually by default. We've found that customers who can commit to a full year of using Localist have the most successful platforms.

Are there any additional required fees?

All plans have a required one-time setup & onboarding fee. Our team works directly with you to ensure you have everything you need to get your Event CMS up and running.

How often does Localist push new releases?

Localist moves fast. Last year, we averaged 2 releases a day.

Do I need another web host?

No. All Localist plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your Event CMS remains available at all times.

Can I download Localist?

We do not have plans to make a downloadable version, but Localist does provide many standard methods for exporting your data.

What is an admin?

An admin is any user who has administrative (backend) access to the Event CMS. All Localist plans allow for an unlimited amount of normal users to login and interact with the front end events. There is just a limitation on administrative users.

How do I cancel service?

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button on your billing page. Our support team will take care of the rest.

Do I get a refund if I cancel early?

Because of how Localist allocates resources for your platform, it's not possible to issue refunds due to cancellation.
