Toby's is located in the renovated Best Western Hotel and Conference Center. Head South on Interstate 95 into Baltimore. Take Exit 57 for Boston & O’Donnell Street (Travel Plaza). Go to the second traffic and make a left onto Boston Street. At the first light take a left into the Hotel Parking lot.
