Take 95 South towards Baltimore Take 695 West towards Towson/Pikesville Take exit 23 – 83 South towards Baltimore City Merge onto 83 South towards Baltimore City Take Exit 4 – MD 2 S. / St. Paul Street Take MD 2 S. / St. Paul Street Ramp Turn Right onto St. Paul Street Right Onto West Mount Vernon Place Continue straight through circle (around Washington Monument) You will see West Mount Vernon Park.
From West:

Boom! Crash! This year's lighting was louder, brighter, and yes, smokier than last year. Still, a ton of fun. It was a fireworks show that could only be done in Baltimore.
