This Butcher's Hill staple has been serving up weekend Vermont-style brunch for what seems like forever. Spectacularly eclectic omelets, fruit- and nut-festooned French toast and pancakes, various takes on the Benedict. It's lovely and has wonderful food, but in times past the wait for entrèes has sometimes seemed like forever, too.
