Midtown

Midtown

Midtown is just north of Downtown, from Centre Street to Mount Royal. Home of the Peabody Institute and the Washington Monument, where stately palatial homes face onto four small parks that surround the monument. It has the reputation for being a gay community, and while it is true that you can find most of Baltimore's gay bars here, it is not as if you could walk down the street and immediately know.
