The Virgin Mobile FreeFestival will be held at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. In an official statement released by Virgin Mobile, they state that due to the current economic status, they're having the festival free of charge for all concert goers. They are hoping that concert goers will donate $5 to youth homelessness through their charitable initiative known as "The ReGeneration". Concert goers can also purchase special packages that come with a t-shirt, as well as tickets and the donation.
