Brewpub with excellent Belgian-style brews. Their Resurrection Ale is possibly Baltimore's most renowned local brew. The upstairs bar and restaurant is spacious and crafted of dark woods. The basement bar has the dark and stoney ambience of a German Bierkellar, with hidden seating and tables in the back.

I can't believe I waited this long to post a review of Brewer's Art! This place is usually what everyone decides on when no other bar sounds good. Don't get me wrong, Brewer's Art is great. It probably has the most diverse crowd of any bar in Baltimore.
If you need a little snack, I recommend their garlic fries. Just about everything on the menu is great, though.

yeah, I like it, and I've never heard anyone trash it except for complaints about the smoke in the "dungeon" part of the bar. My brewmaster friend from Baltimore recommended it to me before I moved out here, and he is really critical and picky.

They've changed their fries recipe. They are more crispy and and less curly now.
